A Coffee table Makeover.

Its been a busy couple of days around here, but I am finally ready for valentines day. Hence the red roses…
And…
I finally got to makeover this coffee table. Its been staring at me for a couple of months. Just crying out for some TLC and a coat of Chalk Paint.
And… some new legs.
Last year, on one of many visits to the Nashville Flea Market, I found this pair of metal leaves.
At first, I didn’t particularly like them.
They had a very dark brown patina and just screamed… not my style.
On a recent trip to one of my favorite flea Markets, I came across this gorgeous pair of corbels. They where however a bit pricey for me, so in true ‘Julia’ nature I decided to make my own.
